Located in Flassans-sur-Issole (next to Brignoles) at an altitude up to 330m. A terroir in the shape of a cirque protected by sea winds with clay limestone soils with a strong gravel content dating from the Triassic
period. A typically Mediterranean climate (dry and hot summers, mild winters) with a good temperature amplitude between days and nights, preserving the grapes’ aromatic potential.
92 hectares dedicated to the production of white, rosé and red AOP Côtes de Provence wines. More than a dozen varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tibouren, Merlot, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Sémillon, Sauvignon, Clairette, Viognier, Rolle. Transition to organic farming since July 2019 (effective starting the 2022 vintage). Respectful of the environment, the soils and the vines are cared for like a grand cru (High Environmental Value, level 3).
Rosé wines are produced by direct pressure. Vats perfectly corresponding to the meticulous work of each plot in view of the blending. The search for the pure expression of a unique terroir: freshness, crispness, floral, fruitiness, flavourful, elegance and finesse.
