Vinification
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 9 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 24 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months


Tasting Notes
Color: deep ruby red
Bouquet: notes of small red fruits, violet and licorice
Taste: on the palate it shows freshness and a good texture. The finish is wide and
mineral
